UK Ambassador to Zimbabwe to Deliver Keynote at ZAA Diaspora Forum
The Zimbabwe Achievers Awards (ZAA) is proud to announce that His Excellency Ambassador Pete Vowles, British Ambassador to Zimbabwe, will be a special guest and keynote speaker at the ZAA Diaspora Forum on 29 August 2025, hosted at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Harare.
Ambassador Vowles will address delegates on a range of pivotal themes, including:
- Strengthening UK–Zimbabwe relations
- The role of the diaspora in driving inclusive and sustainable development
- Opportunities for trade, investment, and entrepreneurship
- Good governance, innovation, and youth engagement
- Building resilient people-to-people and institutional partnerships
The ZAA Diaspora Forum will convene leading voices from the global Zimbabwean diaspora, local policymakers, business leaders, and development partners for a day of strategic dialogue and cross-sector collaboration.
The two-day programme will culminate in the ZAA Diaspora Awards Gala on 30 August 2025 at Manna Resorts, celebrating outstanding Zimbabweans making a global impact. The evening will also feature the official launch of The Zimbabwean Dream, a new book by ZAA Founder Conrad Mwanza.

This marks the first time the ZAA Diaspora Forum and Awards will be hosted in Zimbabwe, following successful editions in the UK, South Africa, Canada, Australia, and the USA.
